Deposit

£100 deposit is required at the time of enrolment to secure all individual bookings. Full fees for all bookings are required 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Paying Course Fees

You may use any of the following methods to pay for your course fees.

Online overseas bank transfers - EU, Non-EU and International ONLY

Via our StudentPay website to pay overseas bank transfers.

  • Pay fees and charges online using the currency of your choice.
  • Commission-free - no extra bank transfer charges for 24 currencies.
  • Please note you will not be able to pay in Sterling pounds.
  • Please note some cases you may either have to make a Euro or USD transfer if your local currency option wasn’t available, so you may have to pay an international fee and there could be a higher charge for this transfer.
  • Secure and easy to use via Western Union Business Solutions.
  • Easy way to make a payment through your local bank. Once logged in to StudentPay you will get printed instructions on how to make the transfer through your local bank.
  • Please note to finalise your funds transfer to Suzanne Sparrow Plymouth Language School you will need to complete the transfer via Internet Banking or present the bank transfer details to your local bank within 48 hours.
  • An email will be sent from Western Union Business Solutions once they receive the payment to confirm receipt of funds.
  • Please note: you must make sure your course has been booked for you before making any payments. Making a payment online does not create a booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a course by an individual will result in a £100 cancellation fee. Once a course has commenced no refund can be made for leaving before the end of the couse. Where exceptional circumstances are evident a refund may be given at least 24 hours prior to arrival. In this case, a full refund for that student will be given. Cancellation of a student within a group made less that 24 hours prior to arrival will result in a £100 cancellation fee. Cancellation of a whole group less than two weeks before arrival will result in a 25% cancellation fee.
