Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions – £20 Amazon Gift Card

This Promotion is organised by Suzanne Sparrow Plymouth Language School, 72-74 North Road East, Plymouth, Devon, PL4 6AL (“Suzanne Sparrow Language School”).

Promotion

Refer a friend to Suzanne Sparrow Language School and receive a £20 Amazon Gift Card once the friend makes their first booking and pays in full with Suzanne Sparrow Language School. Gift Cards are subject to certain restrictions (see ‘Gift Card Terms and Conditions’ below).

Promotion period

The Promotion will run from 26.09.16 to 31.12.17.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. To participate in this promotion you must recommend your friend to Suzanne Sparrow Language School by 31st December 2017.
  2. The promotion will be emailed to existing students of Suzanne Sparrow Language School.
  3. Your referred friend will need to make their booking with Suzanne Sparrow Language School by 31st December 2017.
  4. You will only qualify for the £20 Amazon Gift Card if your friend makes a booking in accordance with the terms of the Promotion.
  5. You will receive a £20 Amazon Gift Card for each of your referred friends who make a booking in with Suzanne Sparrow Language School during the Promotion Period. The Gift Card will be emailed to you only once your friend has made a booking. Before entering any friends’ email addresses and inviting them to participate in the Promotion you must ensure that you have the permission of each friend you recommend to be contacted. You will only send emails via the referral scheme to friends who are 18 years of age or older.
  6. The £20 Amazon Gift Card will only be offered to you if your friend or more than one of your friends make their first booking with Suzanne Sparrow Language School in accordance with all the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
  7. By participating in the referral scheme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and that the decision of Suzanne Sparrow Language School is final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
  8. Suzanne Sparrow Language School’s standard booking terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
  9. Suzanne Sparrow Language School reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this Refer a Friend promotion without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event
  10. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and with the exception of liability arising either from fraud, or from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Suzanne Sparrow Language School or its employees, Suzanne Sparrow Language School excludes all liability howsoever arising connected with the Refer a Friend promotion and all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms and obligations implied by law (whether by statue, common law or otherwise).
  11. Any personal data collected for the purposes of the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Suzanne Sparrow Language School Privacy Policy.
  12. This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

Refer a Friend Promotion £20 Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. You are entitled to a £20 Amazon Gift Card when your friend makes their first qualifying booking with Suzanne Sparrow Language School in accordance with the terms of the Promotion.
  2. The £20 Amazon Gift Card applies to bookings with Suzanne Sparrow Language School before 31st December 2017.
  3. Gift Card cannot be redeemed against pre-existing bookings or taxes or fees.
  4. Only one Gift Card can be issued per booking.
  5. The Gift Card will not be issued again if the booking dates are subsequently changed or if another booking is made after cancelling the first reservation.
  6. The Gift Card may be redeemed only once.
  7. Usual booking terms and conditions apply and all bookings are subject to availability.
  8. Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. Gift Card cannot be issued to Agents or Employees of Suzanne Sparrow Language School.

10. Suzanne Sparrow Language School reserves the right to vary these conditions of use or to withdraw the Promotion at any time.
