English lessons in small groups, adapted to your level, followed by various afternoon excursions and cultural activities.

Group size based on 12 students with 1 free leader.

15 hours of lessons + all activities + full board accommodation.

SUNDAY
Arrival at school / Group to be met by a school representative and homestay providers

MONDAY
09:00 – 12:30 / Lessons in groups at School
13:30 – 16:30 / Meet at School for Tour of Plymouth and Historic Barbican Area with Blue Badge Guide

TUESDAY
09:00 – 12:30 / Lessons in groups at School
13:30 Onwards / Meet at School for Buckland Abbey (Buckland Abbey is a 700-year-old house in Buckland Monachorum, noted for its connection with Sir Richard Grenville the Younger and Sir Francis Drake) followed by trip to Dartmoor National Park

WEDNESDAY
09:00 – 12:30 / Lessons in groups at School
13:30 Onwards / Meet at School for visit to the Mayflower Museum followed by visit to Plymouth Gin Distillery – a fascinating 40-minute overview of the history of the Distillery as well as an introduction to how Plymouth Gin is made. At the end of the tour, visitors can choose between a free miniature of Plymouth Gin or enjoy a Plymouth Gin & Tonic in the Distillery’s bar.

THURSDAY
09:00 – 12:30 / Lessons in groups at School
13:30 Onwards / Meet at School for Excursion to Mount Edgecumbe Country Park via the Cremyll Ferry – the trip on the historic foot passenger ferry crossing the River Tamar taking in the spectacular coastline surrounding Plymouth affording fascinating views of historic Mount Edgecumbe, Royal William Yard and Plymouth Sound.

FRIDAY
09:00 – 12:30 / Lessons in groups at School
13:30 Onwards / Afternoon free

SATURDAY
09:30 – 17:00 / Meet at School for full day excursion to Eden Project (Uk’s largest artificial rainforest – The biomes consist of hundreds of hexagonal and pentagonal, inflated, plastic cells supported by steel frames which host plants that are collected from many diverse climates and environments) followed by visit to Looe or Polperro (historical fishing villages)
